Sinus Headache

I haven't posted due to a lack of wit caused by a major sinus headache.
I am trying to find a photo to describe my condition to the doctor.
I currently feel the following symptoms:

    I get it now. You feel like crapola. I need some pics to describe my feeling of utterly no motivation to do anything except go back to bed.

    *Is that a fish on the guys back? Seriously?
